Caffetteria Cafe & The Mixx
Jo Marie Scaglia owns and operates Caffetteria, an Italian-inspired cafe focused on made-from-scratch home cooking, and The Mixx, a healthy fast-casual staple in KC. Both concepts were doing well with their niche of young families and Gen X adults, but they wanted to both keep up and level up. They needed to stay competitive with interesting and creative ways to reach a broader audience and get more diners through the door.
They called us because of our impressive track record with digital media and marketing and our established pulse on the Kansas City restaurant and hospitality scene. We got to work on clarifying their copy and visual design, articulating foundational content pillars and igniting influencer campaigns for over 1000% growth in their impressions and engagements and a steady 10% in audience growth within their first year.
What started out as a three-month social media management role turned into a full-blown marketing partnership that lasted for more than two years.
